When the C4 was launched, Citroën had played a lot on its affiliation with the GS, its ancestor from the 1970s with which the latest C4 shared a lot, such as its comfort, its habitability or its quirky style. 50 years separate its two Citroëns, but which show that nothing has changed in the brand's desire to offer its customers comfortable, livable and original cars.

This clash of two generations is the initiative of Carla Welti and Megan Kohler, two automotive content professionals from Switzerland, after their first meeting aboard the C4 where, at the time, they had descended the Röstigraben. From this first meeting, a real professional and private friendship was created and which achieves a new achievement with the comparison between the last ë-C4 and its ancestor the GS.

In their latest video, Carla and Megan approach in their own way a meeting of generations at Lake Murten. They not only appreciated and liked the purely electric Citroën ë-C4, but also its ancestor, the Citroën GS. And they compared the two. This is not so surprising since Citroën has always been synonymous with creative and unconventional solutions. Solutions ahead of their time and therefore revolutionary - such as the streamlined body or the hydropneumatic system. Its technical exclusivity, its interior and its excellent driving comfort made the Citroën GS the "European Car of the Year 1971".

The same characteristics also fully apply to the Citroën ë-C4 which, unlike its ancestor, is purely electric. But its design is also unconventional and exudes a lot of charm and elegance. Its lines attract attention while taking the wheel is a guarantee of remarkable comfort.
